I am happy to announce that I have been accepted to speak at SharePoint Saturday Virginia Beach on a session titled “SharePoint Project Lifecycle Governance using Project Server 2013” on January 5, 2013. It’s an awesome way to kick-off the new year and I am very excited about it.
This session demonstrates how SharePoint and Project Server 2013 could be leveraged to manage the influx of SharePoint requests and how the in-built capabilities to select and prioritize projects could help the SharePoint Governance.
The content of the sessions is based on the solution presented by Christophe Fiessinger’s and Scott Jamison’s session from TechEd NA 2011 using Project Server 2010, and will show how it can be done much more easily using Project Online, Project Server 2013.
