All of you who read my blog, or follow me elsewhere on social media probably know that I am a huge fan of Nintex, the workflow product.
Now I am a Project and Project Server guy, so what would I am I doing with a workflow software? My first tryst with Nintex began when Microsoft enabled a cool workflow infrastructure in Project Server 2010.
What was not really cool, was that the workflows all needed to be developed in Visual Studio (or use the Demand Management Solution Starter). I have seen Clients get very excited with the workflow capability in PS2010, then get workflow developed, and then get frustrated when changes needed to be made to the workflow and they all took a Loooong time..
That is when I had exposure to Nintex, and wow! it was a welcome change to how I was building workflows.
Anyway, long story short, I am a fan of this product, and I will be speaking at InspireX, Nintex’s inaugural user conference (Feb 22-24, 2016).
Naturally, my topic is Project Management and Nintex: Better Together. I will be covering several practical scenarios where Nintex helped me build workflows and forms that helped Clients improve their Project management processes.
Oh, I forgot to mention.. This conference is in Las Vegas..
So, if you are in Vegas or nearby, try to get into to this conference. I am sure it will be worth it!
